Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • All domestic orders are dispatched via trusted courier services or India Post (Speed Post).
  • Orders are shipped within 6–8 business days or as per agreed delivery date at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier schedule.
  • During peak seasons or holidays, order processing times may extend to 10–12 business days.

International Shipping

  • For international customers, reliable courier and/or postal services are used.
  • Shipping timelines vary by destination and customs processing and may range from 10–21 business days.
  • Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • ArtyFex is not liable for shipments delayed or held by customs, nor for prohibited items sent to restricted countries.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 6–8 business days after payment confirmation.
  • ArtyFex guarantees handover to the courier/ postal service within this timeframe.
  • Processing times may extend in case of peak periods or unforeseen events.

Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

  • ArtyFex's liability for any loss, damage, or delay is limited to the actual value of the goods shipped, not exceeding the invoice value.
  • Not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages—including profit loss, business interruption, or data loss.
  • ArtyFex shall not be liable for any delays or failures to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Inspect your package carefully upon delivery in the presence of the delivery personnel. Note visible damages on the delivery receipt and photograph them.
  • For hidden damages, notify ArtyFex within 48 hours of delivery with photos; claims after 48 hours may not be eligible for compensation.
  • For packages not delivered within 10 business days of the expected date, file a lost package claim with your order and tracking details. ArtyFex will investigate and provide a replacement or refund based on the investigation outcome.
  • Claims must include:
    • Order number
    • Tracking information
    • Photographic proof (if damaged)
    • Delivery receipt/noted damage (if applicable)
    • Written description

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Returned packages due to incorrect address or customer unavailability are held for 15 days; actual reshipping costs apply for redelivery.
  • Packages unclaimed for 30+ days may be disposed of at ArtyFex’s discretion, with no refund obligation.
  • Additional address correction fees (charged by the carrier) may apply.

Confirmation & Tracking

  • Upon dispatch, a confirmation email and tracking details (if available) are sent to your registered email.
  • Real-time tracking updates will be provided via SMS and email at key shipment stages.
  • Photo delivery confirmation may be provided where carrier supports this feature.

  • We will respond within 48 hours and work to resolve shipping issues within 30 days as per e-commerce regulations.
  • This Shipping Policy aligns with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable Indian laws.
  • For disputes exceeding ₹1 crore, jurisdiction is as per Indian consumer forums.
  • Customers retain all rights provided under Indian law.
