Due to variations in materials, lighting and screen display settings, products may differ slightly in color, texture, and finish from the photographs shown on our website. These natural variations are part of the artistic process and contribute to the one-of-a-kind beauty of your piece.

Order Acceptance, Processing & Payment

• We may accept or decline orders at our sole discretion, including for technical reasons, limited stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud311.

• If payment authorization fails, we are not liable for order non-fulfillment or delays.

In such cases, our obligations will be suspended until the impediment ceases, and delivery timelines will be automatically extended without penalty12.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law315:

• ArtyFex's liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, products, or services

• Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed ₹10,000 or the amount paid for the specific transaction, whichever is lower
